Na saúde, quem detêm conhecimento sobre esse sistema e tecnologia?

"... redução de danos e a manutenção da saúde com o objetivo de desenvolver uma atenção integral que impacte na situação de saúde e autonomia das pessoas e nos determinantes e condicionantes de saúde das coletividades. "
AUTONOMIA DAS PESSOAS, por que a autonomia das pessoas não pode ser tirado através do CONTROLE MENTAL, como tem se apresentado em vários relatos por meios de comunicação e internet?
Perda de autonomia e perda de privacidade.
São ignoradas pelo Sistema de Saúde, e as vítimas, não estão muito interessadas na proposição dos médicos do SUS porque em seus comodismos "lascam o CID 10", tornam essas pessoas partes da estigmatização dos insanos congênitos ou do uso das drogas e outros vícios.
É LAMENTÁVEL que o Brasil insista, através dos seus representantes, alegar que é um país que saiu da Ditadura e vive uma verdadeira Democracia com tantos depoimentos de seres humanos torturados e tratados como ratos de laboratórios pelo Sistema Psicotronico de Tortura Mental.
Nem mesmo o PNH deliberou qualquer atenção às vítimas.
